About this Legacy
Once upon a time, a great company created The Sims, and then The Sims 2, and now – the Sims 3. And this means, another challenging way of doing a legacy. That’s right, ten generations of craziness! Feel free to jump right in – there is no plot. But I bet it’s more fun to start at the beginning.
A note about the name – the designated legacy lot in Riverview is at the top of the hill in town, so this is the view from it. Or something like that.
This is not my first attempt at a legacy, but this will be the one I complete! My previous legacy was eaten by a computer crash, and in a way I am glad, since I have so much better of an idea of how The Sims 3 works.
I follow Aaroc’s rules. Because they are awesome. I am going for a matriarchy and strict family values. I am also keeping track of points, which is kind of a novelty for me, but so far I like it. The points total will always be at the end of the post. I am also going for all the LTWs and careers, so we’ll see how that goes! I roll traits, but only choose the first positive one I like – as Aaroc’s rules say, if you get to pick the trait you’ve already earned it. I also try to read a lot of legacies, so I have posted links to my favorites on the right. I am always accepting links, so just let me know and I’ll post it
Looking forward to learning a lot and hopefully meeting new folks. Be sure to say hi in a comment or two – I’ll be eternally grateful!
